One workspace for the whole event.
Budget, vendors and contracts, RFPs and quotes, guest sign-up and RSVP, seating, run of show, check-in and reports. One place instead of spreadsheets, email threads and WhatsApp groups.
Free during the pilot. We set up your first event for you. A 30-minute walkthrough is there if you want it, not required.
Six tools. One event.
Running an event usually means running six tools that do not talk to each other. The guest list is in three places and the real budget only shows up with the invoices.
Spreadsheets
The budget, the guest list and the vendor list each live in their own file. Nobody is sure which version is current.
Email and WhatsApp
Quotes, contracts and RSVPs arrive as messages. Finding the signed version means scrolling.
Forms and paper
Sign-up forms feed a sheet, the seating chart is printed, and check-in is a clipboard at the door.
Everything the event needs, on one record
Each module reads from the same event, so a signed contract updates the budget and an RSVP updates the seating count.
Budget canvas and ledger
Plan the budget visually, then track every estimate, commitment and payment against it. The real number is always on screen, not buried in invoices.
Vendors, contracts and e-signature
Keep every vendor on one record: quotes, contract, signing link, payment schedule and documents. Contracts are signed online, no printing.
RFPs and quote comparison
Send a request for proposal to several vendors, compare the quotes side by side, and award the job. Send the shortlist to your client for a decision.
Guest sign-up links and RSVP pages
Share one link. Guests add themselves, RSVP on a page you designed, and you approve them in one click. Households, tiers and plus-ones included.
Seating plan
Drag guests onto tables with rules for who sits together and who does not. Print the chart and floor plan for the venue.
Run of show
A minute-by-minute timeline across one or many days, with owners for each item. Publish it to vendors and staff.
Check-in and reports
Check guests in at the door by QR code or name. Report on budget, RSVP and tasks without rebuilding a spreadsheet.
Reminders and broadcast groups
Group guests and vendors, send reminders, and open WhatsApp with the message ready. The activity feed shows who did what.
Plan, source, invite, run, report
Plan
Start from a template for your event type. Checklist, budget categories and canvas are counted back from the date.
Source
Send RFPs, compare quotes side by side, award the vendor, get the contract signed and schedule payments.
Invite
Share one sign-up link. Guests add themselves and RSVP on your page. You approve in one click.
Run
Seat the room, publish the run of show, and check guests in at the door.
Report
Budget, RSVP and task reports are ready without rebuilding a spreadsheet.
Built for the people who run events every week
Banquet halls and venues
Event managers running several bookings a month. One record per booking, with the client, vendors, floor plan and run of show attached.
Wedding and social planners
Multi-day weddings, receptions, engagements and milestone parties. Households, tiers, RSVP pages and seating rules handle the guest side.
Corporate and agency planners
Conferences, galas, launches and staff events. RFPs, client reviews, budget approvals and reports keep the client informed.

Common questions
What does Event Studio cost?
It is free during the pilot program. Paid plans will be published later in Canadian dollars, and pilot customers get a founding rate. See pricing.
Do my guests or vendors need an account?
No. Guests use a sign-up or RSVP link. Vendors receive RFPs, contracts and signing links by email and respond on a public page. Only your team logs in.
Does it work for South Asian weddings with several functions?
Yes. An event can have several days and functions, each with its own guest tier, run of show and seating. Households and plus-ones are built in.
